Not another meeting!!!
Well we do seem to have lots of meetings - and now with email, mobile phones and virtual offices getting to meet face to face is going to be come more of a rarity - but how to make it useful and worthwhile?
We have designed a simple programme which highlights the key elements of meeting management, looking at issues around who should attend, what the meeting should aim to cover, how to get agreement and action, and then follow - that is so important! we will look at:
- Planning, agenda and attendees
- Controlling, progressing, style and culture
- Handling difficult behaviours
- How to chair the meeting and take minutes
- Actioning the action
